What is a team assessment?
A team assessment shows how the people on a team naturally work, and how they work together. With Shemoon, everyone takes a 5-minute online assessment, and the results are brought together into one Team Octave™ map of the whole team.

How long is the team workshop?
The facilitated session runs for at least 2 hours, and can be extended into a half or full day for offsites. If you run it yourselves, the facilitator script fits a 90-minute to 2-hour session.
Can we run the workshop ourselves?
Yes. The run-it-yourselves option includes your Team Octave map and a full facilitator script, so a manager or HR lead can run the session with confidence.
How many people do we need?
Team Readings start from 5 people. For teams of 26 or more, we put together a tailored quote.
